Public exhibition regarding Phases 1 & 2

at Wilton Park, Beaconsfield

Following extensive local community engagement, Inland Homes received outline planning permission for the mixed-use re-development of Wilton Park in Beaconsfield in September 2019.

With outline planning permission in place, Inland Homes is now re-engaging local people on our detailed plans for the first two phases of development at Wilton Park.  Together, these first two phases will deliver approximately 150 new homes, including approximately 40 affordable homes.  The detailed applications for each phase (known as ‘reserved matters’ applications) will confirm the layout of the scheme, the design of the internal access roads, the character and appearance of the new homes, and the landscaping of the public spaces.
